Rev. Rob Hutchinson is the founder of The Futuring Church, dedicated to helping churches and their leaders cultivate Spirit-led, vital, and sustainable ministry. With over 30 years of experience as a pastor, church planter, revitalizer, coach, consultant, and conference-level strategist within the Western North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church, Rob brings a deep passion for guiding churches toward renewed life and impact. Whether helping existing congregations reimagine their future or supporting new faith communities as they emerge, he is committed to fostering innovative and adaptable leadership. At the heart of his work is the belief that Church is not just about where we come—it’s about what we are BEcoming. Church is not a destination, it is a way of life.
